Tickets can be purchased from any station ticket office or self-service ticket machine. There is a telesales service at Network Business Travel Service for corporate account clients only.

Tickets for groups over 10 using Southeastern services are quota controlled and must be booked at least seven days before travel. The Group Travel Service team are available Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700.

Seat Reservations No
Seat Reservations - Note

Reservations are required for group travel and are recommended for mobility impaired customers requiring assistance. Reservations are not available for any other journeys on Southeastern.

Penalty Fares Note

Penalty Fares are in operation and from the 12th June 2005 will be extended across the Southeastern network, except for the routes Strood to Paddock Wood and Sittingbourne to Sheerness. Check posters at local stations for details.
