Description

Electrification work in connection with the Edinburgh - Glasgow Improvement Programme (EGIP) is taking place between Glasgow / Edinburgh and Stirling, with various routes closed each night from 21:00.

The following amended service will operate until Thursday 7 December:

  • Trains between Glasgow Queen Street and Dundee / Perth will be replaced by buses between Croy and Dundee / Perth
  • Trains between Glasgow Queen Street and Aberdeen will be replaced by buses between Glasgow Queen Street and Stirling
  • Trains between Glasgow Queen Street and Stirling / Dunblane / Alloa will be replaced by buses between Croy and Stirling / Dunblane / Alloa
  • Trains between Edinburgh and Dunblane / Perth (via Stirling) will be replaced by buses between Polmont and Dunblane / Perth
  • Trains between Glasgow Queen Street and Falkirk Grahamston will not run
  • Buses will replace trains between Cumbernauld and Falkirk Grahamston
