Most Great Western Railway routes to and from London Paddington

Description

Network Rail is carrying out engineering work between London Paddington and Reading / Didcot Parkway closing 2 out of 4 lines at various locations.

An amended Great Western Railway service will run to and from London Paddington. Trains will be retimed and run with amended calling patterns. Customers may have to change trains or use replacement buses to complete their journey.

Some services between London Paddington and Worcester / Great Malvern / Hereford will call additionally at Twyford.

Trains that usually run between London Paddington and Greenford will be amended to run hourly between Ealing Broadway and Greenford.

On Saturday, trains that usually run between London Paddington and Newbury / Bedwyn will run between Reading and Newbury / Bedwyn. On Sunday, buses will replace trains between Reading and Newbury / Bedwyn.

On Saturday, some early morning and late night trains will not call at Burnham or Taplow and all day Sunday trains will not call at Burnham. Customers should travel via Slough for connecting bus service.

On Sunday some late night trains will not call at Pangbourne. Customers should travel via Tilehurst for connecting bus service.

On Sunday, trains that usually run between Swindon and Westbury will be retimed due to the number of trains being re-routed via Westbury.
