Changes to train times


Rugby: Wales v Australia

Saturday 11 November 2017 

Wales will face Australia in Cardiff on Saturday 11 November during the 2017 Under Armour series. This will be the first of four autumn internationals to be played in Wales in 2017. Kick off is at 17:15.

Recommended station/s:

Cardiff Cental, Cathays, or Cardiff Queen Street.

What's happening with the trains?

November 11th

London Paddington

If you are travelling from London Paddington there will be a direct hourly service to Cardiff Central calling at Reading, Swindon, Filton Abbey Wood and Newport. GWR has also put on an extra service at 10.45 making the same journey. 

There will be no trains running from Bristol Parkway to Cardiff. If you planned to travel from this station you are able to take a service from Filton Abbey Wood instead. 

Swansea & Port Talbot Parkway

Those travelling from Swansea and Port Talbot Parkway to Cardiff Central will be able to take advantage of extra services. There will be two running from Port Talbot Parkway at 12.10 and 14.10 and one running from Swansea at 10.41.

Bristol Temple Meads.

There will also be two extra services from Bristol Temple Meads to Cardiff at 10.09 and 13.06 along with two trains per hour making this journey.
