Description

Engineering work is taking place between Runcorn and Liverpool Lime Street, closing all lines. This is also affecting East Midlands Trains, Northern and TransPennine Express services. You can read about these amendments here.

London Northwestern Railway:

Services will run between Birmingham New Street and Crewe. Replacement bus services will run between Crewe and Liverpool South Parkway. Customers may use Merseyrail services between Liverpool South Parkway and Liverpool city centre.

Virgin Trains:

Services are diverted between Crewe and Liverpool Lime Street, and will not call at Runcorn. Replacement buses will run between Crewe and Runcorn, and also between Runcorn and Liverpool Lime Street.
