Description

Engineering work is taking place between Cardiff Central and Newport on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 February, closing all lines.

Arriva Trains Wales:

Replacement buses will run between Cardiff Central and Newport.

Services to / from Ebbw Vale, Gloucester, Holyhead and Manchester Piccadilly will start from Newport.

Services to / from Bridgend, Swansea, Carmarthen, Pembroke Dock, Milford Haven and Fishguard Harbour will start from Cardiff Central.

CrossCountry:

Replacement buses will run between Cardiff Central and Newport.

Great Western Railway:

Replacement buses will run between Cardiff Central and Newport.

Services between Cardiff Central and Bridgend / Swansea / Carmarthen will run to an amended timetable.

The 08:27 London Paddington to Cheltenham Spa will depart at 08:30 and will make an extra stop at Didcot Parkway.

The 08:37 London Paddington to Swansea (terminating at Newport) will depart at 08:27, and will not call at Didcot Parkway.

The 19:00 London Paddington to Swansea and the 15:24 Swansea to London Paddington services will not run.
