Description

Engineering work is taking place between London Liverpool Street and Ingatestone / Barking, reducing the amount of lines available to and from London Liverpool Street.

Trains will be diverted to London Fenchurch Street, calling additionally at West Ham and Limehouse.

Customers holding a valid ticket can use London Underground Jubilee Line or the Docklands Light Railway between West Ham and Stratford at no extra charge.

London Liverpool Street is also within walking distance of London Fenchurch Street.

Greater Anglia

*Trains will not run to and from London Liverpool Street via Stratford.*

Buses will run between Newbury Park (London Underground connections) and Ingatestone / Southend Victoria / Southminster on Saturday.

Buses will run between Newbury Park (London Underground connections) and Witham / Southend Victoria / Southminster on Sunday

Tickets will be accepted on the London Underground Central Line between London Liverpool Street and Newbury Park.

Tickets will also be accepted on c2c to and from Southend Central for monthly and longer season ticket holders.

TfL Rail

On Saturday, no TfL Rail service will run between Stratford and Shenfield.

On Sunday, all TfL Rail train services will not run.

Buses will run between Stratford and Romford calling at all stations except for Maryland.

Buses will run between Newbury Park and Shenfield, calling at all stations via Chadwell Heath.

Customers can use London Underground between London Liverpool Street and Newbury Park on the Central Line.

Project Information:

The Crossrail Project is building the Elizabeth line to link Reading and Heathrow in the west with Shenfield and Abbey Wood in the east, via new 21km tunnels under central London. This will increase London's rail capacity, cut passenger journey times across the city, encourage regeneration and generate significant employment opportunities.

This project is part of the London Railway Upgrade Plan, creating new connections and increasing capacity in peak hour by 30%.
