Description

Engineering work is taking place between Redhill and Gatwick Airport, closing some lines.

Gatwick Express

Saturday:

A half hourly Gatwick Express service will operate between London Victoria and Brighton.

Sunday:

No trains will run. Customers are advised to use Southern rail / replacement buses to complete your journey.

Journey times will be extended so please allow extra time to travel.

Great Western Railway

Trains from Reading will terminate at Redhill. Buses will run between Reigate and Gatwick Airport, taking approximately 25 minutes. It may be necessary to leave 15 minutes earlier to maintain connections at Reigate.

Other trains will run between Redhill and Gatwick Airport.

Southern

Saturday:

Services between London Victoria and Brighton will run to an amended timetable.

Services between London Bridge and Horsham will run between London Victoria and Redhill, additionally calling at Clapham Junction.

Services between London Victoria and Bognor Regis / Portsmouth Harbour / Southampton Central will run to Bognor Regis only.

Sunday:

Services between London Victoria and Brighton will not run.

Services between London Bridge and Tonbridge will be amended to run between London Victoria and Tonbridge, calling additionally at Clapham Junction and Selhurst.

Services between London Bridge and Horsham will run between London Victoria and Redhill, calling additionally at Clapham Junction and Redhill.

London Victoria to Bognor Regis services will run between Three Bridges to Bognor Regis, calling at all stations.

London Victoria to Ore services will run between Three Bridges and Ore only.

Services between London Victoria and Portsmouth Harbour / Littlehampton will operate between Three Bridges and Bognor Regis / Littlehampton.

Replacement buses will run between Redhill and Three Bridges.

Journey times will be extended so please allow extra time to travel.

Thameslink

Saturday:

An amended timetable will run between Bedford and Brighton. These trains will be diverted and will not call at Redhill. An amended timetable will run between Bedford and London Blackfriars.

Sunday:

An amended timetable will run between Bedford and East Croydon, between Bedford and London St Pancras, and also between Gatwick Airport and Brighton. Please use Southern trains to Rehill and Southern replacement buses to Gatwick Airport.

Journey times will be extended so please allow extra time to travel.

Monday until 05:00:

Trains will operate between Bedford and Redhill. Buses will operate between Redhill and Three Bridges / Brighton. The 04:15 Brighton to Bedford service will start from Three Bridges. A bus will operate from Brighton to Three Bridges.
