CrossCountryWest Midlands Railway

Engineering work is taking place between Birmingham New Street and Bromsgrove, closing the line until 20:25.


Trains will divert between Birmingham New Street and Cheltenham Spa, increasing journey times by up to 60 minutes.

West Midlands Railway

** National Express West Midlands will accept rail tickets on routes 11A/C, 27, 45, 47, 49, X61, 63, 64, 80 & 98 until end of the day.**

CrossCity services:

Trains between Lichfield Trent Valley and Redditch will be replaced by buses between Birmingham New Street and Longbridge / Redditch.

Customers to and from University are advised to use the CrossCity replacement bus service.

Birmingham New Street to Worcester / Hereford services:

Trains between Birmingham New Street and Worcester Foregate Street / Hereford will depart up to 15 minutes earlier than usual and will not call at University and Bromsgrove all day on Sunday. Trains will be diverted via Kidderminster.

Buses will also replace trains between Droitwich Spa and Bromsgrove.
