Description

Engineering work is taking place between Glasgow Central and Motherwell, and also between Lockerbie and Carlisle.

Caledonian Sleeper:

The sleeper service from Glasgow Central to London Euston will be amended to depart Glasgow Central earlier than usual at 21:40.

CrossCountry:

Services will be amended to start from / terminate at Motherwell. Replacement buses will run between Glasgow Central and Motherwell.

ScotRail:

Balloch to Motherwell / Larkhall services will run between Balloch and Glasgow Central. Services between Glasgow Central and Lanark will be diverted to run via Mount Florida, and will not call at Cambuslang. Glasgow Central to Newton services will run between Larkhall and Motherwell.

Replacement buses will run between Glasgow Central and Motherwell, and also between Bridgeton and Motherwell via Whifflet.

TransPennine Express:

Between 11:30 on Saturday and 14:30 on Sunday, replacement buses will run between Carlisle and Edinburgh, calling at Lockerbie. Customers travelling to / from Haymarket should use alternative services to / from Edinburgh to connect with these buses.

On Saturday morning and Sunday evening, services from Glasgow Central will depart 10 minutes earlier than usual, and services to Glasgow Central will run 10 minutes later than usual.

Virgin Trains:

Between 11:30 on Saturday and 14:30 on Sunday, no trains will run between Carlisle and Glasgow Central / Edinburgh. Replacement buses will run between Carlisle and Glasgow Central via Lockerbie.

Virgin Trains East Coast:

Early morning services on Sunday and Monday morning will be amended to start from Edinburgh instead of Glasgow Central.
