Engineering work is taking place in the Ely area, closing various lines.


Replacement buses will run between Peterborough and Ely, connecting with train services between Birmingham New Street and Peterborough, and between Ely and Cambridge / Stansted Airport.

East Midlands Trains:

Services will run between Liverpool Lime Street and Peterborough only. Replacement buses will run between Peterborough and Norwich.

Great Northern:

Buses will replace trains between Ely and Kings Lynn.

Greater Anglia:

Services between Peterborough and Ely will be replaced by buses throughout. Services between Peterborough and Ipswich / Colchester will start from / terminate at Ely.

Services between Cambridge and Norwich will be replaced by buses between Cambridge North and Brandon. These buses will connect with train services at Brandon and Cambridge North.
