Buses replace trains between Cardiff Central and Penarth / Barry Island each night from Monday 18 until Friday 22 June

Description

Engineering work is taking place overnight between Cardiff Central and Penarth / Barry from Monday evening until Friday morning, closing all lines.

The 21:54 Aberdare to Penarth will terminate at Cardiff Central. A replacement bus will run between Cardiff Central and Penarth.

The 22:55 Bridgend to Cardiff Central service will be diverted via Pontyclun. A replacement bus will run between Bridgend and Cardiff Central via Barry.

The 23:14 Radyr to Barry Island service will terminate at Cardiff Central. A replacement bus will run between Cardiff Central and Barry Island.

The 23:26 Penarth to Cardiff Central will not run, and will be replaced by a bus throughout.

The 05:16 Barry Island to Caerphilly will start from Cardiff Central. A replacement bus will depart Barry Island at 05:00 for Cardiff Central.
