Description

Engineering work is taking place between Didcot Parkway and Ascott-under-Wychwood / Heyford, closing all lines.

CrossCountry:

Buses will replace trains between Didcot Parkway and Banbury, calling at Oxford.

Great Western Railway:

A reduced service of one train an hour will run between London Paddington and Reading / Oxford.

Buses will replace trains as below:

  • between Didcot Parkway and Oxford (direct, taking approximately 30 minutes)
  • between Didcot Parkway and Oxford (calling at Radley)
  • between Didcot Parkway and Moreton-in-Marsh (direct, taking approximately 75 minutes)
  • between Oxford and Kings Sutton / Banbury
  • between Oxford and Moreton-in-Marsh (some direct services and some will make limited stops)

 

Customers travelling to / from Oxford may use Chiltern Railway between London Marylebone and Oxford Parkway and the Park & Ride bus to / from Oxford.
