Amended late night services between Cambridge / Stansted Airport and London Liverpool Street from Tuesday 14 and Thursday 16 August

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Cheshunt and Hackney Downs via Southbury on Tuesday and Thursday evening, closing all lines.

The following trains will be diverted to run via Tottenham Hale instead of Seven Sisters:

  • The 22:51 Cambridge to London Liverpool Street
  • The 23:30 Stansted Airport to London Liverpool Street
  • The 23:39 Hertford East to London Liverpool Street
  • The 23:45 Stansted Airport to London Liverpool Street

Customers should use stations on the Tottenham Hale route for these services, as they are within walking distance of stations on the Seven Sisters route. A map with directions can be found here.

Please note that services will run normally on Wednesday evening, as no engineering work is taking place.

Project Information:

Network Rail are building an additional track between Stratford and Angel Road which will reduce congestion for passengers, increase the number of trains per hour and support regeneration across the Upper Lee Valley area.

This project is part of the London Railway Upgrade Plan, creating new connections and increasing capacity in peak hour by 30 per cent.
