Buses replace trains between Slade Green / Sidcup and Gravesend on Sunday 19 August

Southeastern between London Charing Cross and Gravesend, London St Pancras International circular, London Cannon Street circular and between London Victoria to Dartford via Bexleyheath 

Thameslink between Kentish Town and Rainham

Engineering work is taking place between Slade Green / Crayford and Dartford closing the line.


Replacement buses will run between Slade Green / Sidcup and Gravesend with supplementary buses running between Slade Green and Dartford.

The London Cannon Street circular will run via Lewisham, Bexleyheath, Slade Green then booked all stations to London Cannon Street via Greenwich.

Trains will also run London Charing Cross to London Charing Cross via and calling at Waterloo East, London Bridge, Lewisham, Blackheath, Charlton and all stations to Slade Green. Trains will then run back to London Charing Cross calling at all stations between Slade Green and Lewisham via Bexleyheath.

Trains between London Victoria and Dartford via Bexleyheath, are diverted via and calling at Hither Green and the all station to Sidcup where trains will terminate.


Trains will run between Kentish Town and Plumstead.

Thameslink Ticket Acceptance

Customers should use Southeastern services between Plumstead and Rainham.
