Buses replace trains between Rhyl and Holyhead after 22:20 each night from Monday 24 to Friday 28 September

Overnight engineering work is taking place between Rhyl and Holyhead, closing the line between these stations. The following services will be replaced by a bus between Rhyl and Holyhead: 

Monday to Thursday

19:34 Cardiff Central to Holyhead 

21:36 Crewe to Holyhead 

22:55 Birmingham New Street to Holyhead 

Tuesday to Friday

04:25 Holyhead to Cardiff Central

The 04:38 Llandudno Junction to Crewe service will start from Rhyl. Please note there is no replacement road transport for this service.

If you are travelling on the 02:40 ferry from Holyhead, you must travel earlier in order to make your connection.
