Engineering work is taking place at various locations in the Salisbury area, closing some lines.

Great Western Railway:

On Saturday, buses will replace trains between Warminster and Salisbury, taking approximately 50 minutes.

On Sunday, buses will replace trains between Warminster and Southampton Central. Journey times will be increased by up to 70 minutes.

There will also be some cancellations to services and some trains may also terminate at Westbury / Portsmouth Harbour. Certain trains will call at Dilton Marsh upon request.

If you are travelling to Romsey, please use South Western Railway services. Tickets will also be accepted on Southern between Portsmouth and Brighton.

South Western Railway:

On Saturday and Sunday, buses will replace trains between Warminster and Salisbury, and also between Salisbury and Romsey. If you are travelling between Bristol Temple Meads and Warminster, you may use Great Western Railway trains.

On Sunday until 16:00 only, buses will also replace trains between Gillingham and Andover.
