Engineering work is taking place between Tilehurst and Didcot Parkway, closing all lines.

As a result, the following trains will not call at Pangbourne:

Monday to Thursday:

  • 23:27 (departing 23:35) London Paddington to Didcot Parkway.
  • 23:45 Reading to Oxford.
  • 23:45 Banbury to Reading.

Tuesday to Friday:

  • 03:52 Oxford to Reading.


  • 23:27 London Paddington to Didcot Parkway
  • 23:45 Reading to Oxford.
  • 23:45 Banbury to Reading.

Customers for Pangbourne should use replacement buses running between Pangbourne and Tilehurst, except for customers travelling on the 23:45 Reading to Oxford on Friday, who should travel by rail to Tilehurst to connect with this train.
