Description

Engineering work is taking place from 23:30 on Saturday and all day on Sunday between Newton Abbot and Plymouth, closing all lines.

Saturday

The 15:08 Edinburgh to Plymouth service will terminate at Exeter St Davids. Replacement road transport will then operate between Exeter St Davids and Plymouth, calling at Totnes.

Great Western Railway

The 20:03 London Paddington to Plymouth service will terminate at Newton Abbot. Replacement road transport will then operate between Newton Abbot and Plymouth.

Sunday

Replacement road transport will operate all day between Newton Abbot and Plymouth, calling at Totnes.

Great Western Railway

Trains between London Paddington / Bristol Temple Meads and Plymouth / Penzance will not run between Newton Abbot and Plymouth.

Replacement road transport will operate all day between Newton Abbot and Plymouth, taking between 70-75 minutes.

Trains will run between Plymouth and Penzance.

The 21:15 Penzance to London Paddington 'Night Riviera' sleeper service will depart Plymouth, Totnes, Newton Abbot and Exeter St Davids later than normal.
