Description

Engineering work is taking place between Kettering and Leicester after 22:00 on Saturday 16 February, and all day on Sunday 17 February, closing all lines between these stations.

During the engineering work trains will run between Kettering and Leicester via an alternative route, and will be unable to call at Market Harborough.

After 22:00 on Saturday 16 February:

The following trains will be diverted and will not call at Market Harborough:

  • 21:30 London St Pancras International - Derby (calls additionally at Corby)
  • 21:50 London St Pancras International - Derby
  • 22:00 London St Pancras International - Nottingham (calls additionally at Corby)
  • 22:20 London St Pancras International - Derby

Buses will run between Kettering and Market Harborough, and between Market Harborough and Leicester, to connect with the diverted trains.

The 23:05 Kettering to Corby service will be cancelled. Customers can use the two amended services listed above.

Sunday 17 February:

An amended timetable will operate all day, with broadly 2 trains per hour running in each direction between London St Pancras International and Nottingham / Derby / Sheffield.

These trains will be diverted via an alternative route and will not call at Market Harborough. Buses will run between Kettering and Market Harborough, and between Market Harborough and Leicester, to connect with the diverted trains.
