Engineering work is taking place between Stratford / Hackney Downs and Cheshunt via Tottenham Hale, closing all lines.

As a result, services will be diverted to run via Seven Sisters. Stations on this line are within walking distance of those on the Tottenham Hale line. A map of walking routes can be found here.

No trains will call at Lea Bridge.

Ticket acceptance:

Customers to / from Lea Bridge should use London Buses between Lea Bridge and Stratford / Hackney Downs.

Project information:

Network Rail are building an additional track between Stratford and Angel Road which will reduce congestion for passengers, increase the number of trains per hour and support regeneration across the Upper Lee Valley area.

A new station is also being built at Meridian Water to support the regeneration of a vast industrial area into 10,000 new homes and nearly 7000 new jobs. Network Rail are delivering the new station as part of the £170m Lee Valley Rail Programme.
