South Western Railway between London Waterloo and Southampton Central / Poole / Weymouth / Portsmouth Harbour / Exeter St Davids / Salisbury / Yeovil Junction

Engineering work is taking place between Basingstoke and Eastleigh / Andover, blocking all lines.


Trains will be diverted, not calling at Basingstoke, Winchester and Southampton Airport Parkway.

Replacement road transport will operate between Reading / Basingstoke and Winchester.

South Western Railway:

The following alterations will be in place:

Trains between London Waterloo and Weymouth will be retimed and will also be diverted, calling additionally at Guildford, Havant and Fareham.

Trains between London Waterloo and Poole will run between Eastleigh and Poole only.

Trains between London Waterloo and Exeter St Davids will run between Andover and Exeter St Davids only.

Replacement road transport will operate on the following routes:

  • Basingstoke - Andover
  • Basingstoke - Eastleigh
  • Basingstoke - Southampton Central
