| Description | Arriva Trains Wales services between Manchester and Chester / Llandudno / Holyhead will start/terminate at Earlestown. Replacement road transport will operate between Earlestown, Newton-le-Willows and Warrington Central. Other Train Operating Companies are to be used to complete journies Northern Rail services between Manchester Victoria and Liverpool Lime Street are cancelled with replacement road transport in operation. Replacement road transport will also operate between Newton-le-Willows and Warrington Bank quay It is not yet known how First Transpennine Express services will be affected by this engineering work |
