The following train alterations will apply:
Monday - Thursday
- 17:20 Cardiff Central to Holyhead will terminate at Chester. A connecting rail service will run between Chester and Holyhead
- 19:34 Cardiff Central to Holyhead will be replaced by a bus between Rhyl and Holyhead with an extended journey time of up to 90 minutes
- 20:33 Manchester Piccadilly to Cardiff Central will be retimed to run up to 45 minutes later between Hereford and Cardiff Central
- 20:35, 21:35 and 22:35 Cardiff Central to Ebbw Vale Parkway will be replaced by a bus with an extended journey time of up to 45 minutes
- 21:40 and 22:40 Ebbw Vale Parkway to Cardiff Central will be replaced by a bus with an extended journey time of up to 45 minutes
- 21:55 Cardiff Central to Crewe will be retimed to run up to 30 minutes later between Cwmbran and Crewe
- 22:55 Birmingham New Street to Holyhead will be replaced by a bus between Rhyl and Holyhead with an extended journey time of up to 35 minutes. Passengers for the 02:40 ferry connection at Holyhead are advised to travel earlier to Holyhead
- 23:08 Shrewsbury to Cardiff Central will be retimed to run up to 30 minutes later between Hereford and Cardiff Central
- 23:14 Manchester Piccadilly to Chester will be diverted via Northwich and will be replaced by a bus between Manchester Piccadilly and Chester. Journey times will be extended by up to 65 minutes
- 23:22 Chester to Manchester Piccadilly will be diverted via Northwich and will be replaced by a bus between Chester and Manchester Piccadilly. Journey times will be extended by up to 65 minutes
Tuesday - Friday
- 00:25 Manchester Piccadilly to Chester will be retimed to leave at the later time of 00:35
- 00:30 Cardiff Central to Hereford will be retimed to run up to 25 minutes between Cwmbran and Hereford
- 04:25 Holyhead to Cardiff Central will start from Rhyl. No replacement road transport will be provided between Holyhead and Rhyl. Passengers are advised to connect into the 05:46 from Llandudno Junction
- 04:35 Cardiff Central to Manchester Piccadilly will be retimed to leave at the earlier time of 04:10
- 04:38 Llandudno Junction to Crewe will start from Rhyl. No replacement road transport will be provided between Llandudno Junction and Rhyl
- 05:11 Holyhead to Birmingham International will be retimed to leave at the later time of 05:15 and will not call at Llanfairfechan, Penmaenmawr or Conwy. A replacement bus will run from Holyhead to Llandudno Junction at 04:50 with an extended journey time of up to 20 minutes
Friday only
- 22:15 Maesteg to Cheltenham Spa will be replaced by a bus between Newport and Cheltenham Spa with an extended journey time of up to 75 minutes
