The information given below is how National Express East Anglia and Stansted Express have planned to run over the Christmas and New Year holiday period. However, the recent poor weather conditions may mean that these plans need to be changed at short notice. Service Levels
Please note that Monday 3 January 2011 is a Bank Holiday as New Years Day falls on a weekend. Tuesday 4 January is also a Bank Holiday date in Scotland.

| Saturday 1 January | Additional early morning trains will run between London Liverpool Street and Shenfield, Enfield Town and Cheshunt until approximately 05:00. During the rest of the day, there are no trains between London Liverpool Street and Seven Kings because of engineering work (see below) • Gidea Park / Shenfield / Southend / Southminster: A Sunday level of service will run to/from Seven Kings • Colchester / Ipswich / Norwich / Anglia branch lines: Trains will start later in the day than usual (from approximately 10:00), then a Sunday level of service will run to/from Shenfield. A normal National Express East Anglia weekday service will run, with the exception of Stratford to Stansted Airport services which are cancelled. Passengers should travel via London Liverpool Street. Stansted Express services will run every 30 minutes instead of the usual 15 minutes. |
