Why can't I find the promotion I am looking for?

Promotional information and Special Offers and details about Rangers & Rovers is provided to us by the Train Operating Companies and the companies that provide the Offers for you, and is updated to our best efforts. Why can't I see a promotion in the Online Journey Planner?

Not all promotions are directly linked to a specific journey, some are tied to multiple routes to a single destination, often an attraction or event. As such, most journeys are not affected by the offer. We do however, update our information in response to your requests. If you require information that is not shown, please let us know by filling in a feedback form.
