We're sorry that the lifts between Platform 2 & 3 are currently out of order while we fix a fault. This means that there is currently no step free access between Platform 3 (the main 'through' London bound platform) and the rest of the station.
If it helps with your journey, we can arrange a taxi for you from one side of the station to the other, or between High Wycombe and Beaconsfield or Princes Risborough (as appropriate) where step free access is available.
Please speak to a member of staff or use the station help-point to arrange this. If you are able to give 24 hours notice via our assistance line on 03456 005 165 (Option 3 > Option 3), then this will ensure that the taxi is available without delay.
