Passengers, who can not use the steps and who are making connections, which require a change of Platform at Bath Spa, will need to allow approx. 10 minutes between services.

'Customers are advised that when travelling in a Westerly direction and leaving the train at Bath Spa the step down from the train to the platform is particularity severe from the front three carriages.'
