Newcastle Station - But Stop to Entrance

This route starts at Neville Street stop 87. Bus numbers 1 and 6 stop here. There is a shelter and bench seating provided.

On exiting the bus turn right onto Neville Street.

Continue ahead behind the back of the Bus Stop heading towards the telephone boxes.

At 10 metres bear right towards the crossing point.

At 15 metres proceed over the crossing. There are dropped kerbs and tactile paving on both sides with a button to control traffic at an accessible height.

At 30 metres having crossed the road bear left towards the archway.

At 33 metres proceed over the zebra crossing towards the Entrance.

At 48 metres having crossed over the vehicle access road you have reached the Main Entrance. There are three open archways that provide level access into the Station.

Thsi route ends at the Main Entrance of Newcastle Station.
