Buying your tickets
  • Book your Anytime, Anytime Day, Off-Peak, Off-Peak Day or Super Off-Peak Day tickets from one of our websites.
  • Choose to pick up your tickets at the station on the day you plan to travel by selecting “Ticket on Departure” during the booking process on our website
  • If you can’t travel and require your money back, do not collect your tickets, but log in to ‘Your Account’ and view the relevant booking. Click the ‘Refund’ button, fill in all the required fields and submit the form.  Then print off the form and send it to the address shown.
  • The full price of your ticket will then be refunded.
  • If you wish to book tickets for multiple trips in a single transaction online, we advise that you book the tickets you need for each trip in separate transactions to ensure the Money Back Guarantee applies.
