Chiltern Carnet is a pack of 12 Anytime Return tickets which can be ordered direct from our Business Travel Team and sent straight to you (please allow up to 5 working days for postage).

Key conditions

The pack of Carnet tickets is valid for up to 6 months from the chosen start date for return trips to London Marylebone from the station selected at the time of ordering (as shown on the tickets).

Chiltern Carnet tickets cannot be used on London Underground. Tickets are transferable. Customers must fill in the box date in ink on the ticket before boarding the train.

Refunds will only be given on unused packs, unless the passenger is claiming under the passengers' charter. Lost or stolen individual Carnet tickets will not be replaced.
