How to buy your tickets

Ask for PLUSBUS when buying your train tickets at the station, by phone and say whether you want bus travel at the origin town, destination town or both parts of your journey. PLUSBUS day tickets can now be bought online you your train tickets from: www.qjump.co.uk

If you are buying a period return rail ticket, and want bus travel on your return journey, you will need to specify the date of your return.

You will be issued with tickets for your train and bus travel in one convenient transaction. The PLUSBUS ticket(s) valid for bus travel will have ‘+BUS' printed after the origin or destination station name. Your ticket will show: ‘SOUTHENDVIC+BUS'. Simply show this ticket to the driver as you get on the bus.
