A new method of delivery/collection for Caledonian Sleeper berth and seated products for customers who book online at www.scotrail.co.uk only.

Customers will be able to book right up to the close of reservations, subject to the usual ticket restrictions.

Reservations are mandatory.

Print at Home customers can book assisted travel as usual on the following number 0800 912 2901 or minicom/textphone 18001 0800 912 2901. Customers will need to book their Print at Home ticket online before booking assistance.

Conditions
  • There are no refunds to any Print at Home ticket
  • There are no changes to travel plans permitted to any Print at Home ticket

  • Print at Home ticket will not be valid for London Underground travel and an additional London Underground ticket at the customers own expense would have to be purchased which will not be refunded
  • Customers who purchase a ticket that include a £2.50 refreshment voucher must print an additional Print at Home ticket to use as their refreshment voucher and only one additional ticket, per customer, per single journey will be accepted on board
  • If a customer does not have their Print at Home ticket they must purchase a new ticket at full fare. Neither the original Print at Home ticket nor the additional ticket will be refunded
  • Print at Home tickets are only valid on the specific route/date/time and berth or seat shown on the ticket, if the customer does not travel on this specific route/date/time and berth or seat, they will need to purchase a new ticket

Details
  • Travel is valid for the date and service specified on the Print at Home ticket only
  • All Caledonian Sleeper tickets are sold on a single (one way) basis
  • A separate Print at Home ticket will be required per passenger, per single journey 
  • Customers must carry the debit/credit card used to purchase their ticket at the time of travel. If they do not have their payment card with them then a new full fare ticket must be purchased. The new ticket nor the Print at Hometicket will be refunded
  • The payment card needs to be produced along with the Print at Home ticket as an added security measure 
  • Customers must hold a valid berth or seat reservation for each single journey
