Details

Restriction does not apply to customers travelling on the Glasgow, Oban/Fort William/Mallaig and Inverness, Kyle/Wick/Thurso routes.

This easement also allows customers to travel between Edinburgh and Fort William on the Caledonian Sleeper Seated portion.

Travelpass customers wishing to use this facility are advised that reservations are strongly recommended to ensure a seat is secured.

Restriction also does not apply to customers travelling from Lockerbie to Carlisle, Carstairs, Motherwell or Glasgow Central on direct services only.

Customers should note that the time restriction would then apply to onward journeys from these points.
