Customers are required to travel out on the train that they are reserved on. Reservations can be made 2000 the day before on trains departing their first station before 0801. After this time reservations can usually be made up to one hour before the train departs its originating station.
Refunds and changes to travel plans
Completely unused tickets – full refund less any local cancellation fee.
Unused outward leg and partially completed journey – no refund
Unused return leg – Half the equivalent Anytime Return fare & less admin fee.
Food/drink vouchers not used – no refund
