Between Leicester and Lincoln Central / Cleethorpes, between Nottingham and Cleethorpes, and also between Newark North Gate and Cleethorpes

Description

Engineering work is taking place overnight between Leicester / Nottingham and Cleethorpes, closing some lines.

The following services are affected:

Monday to Thursday

  • The 19:44 Leicester to Cleethorpes service will terminate at Market Rasen. This service will no longer call at Barnetby, Habrough, Grimsby Town or Cleethorpes. A replacement bus service will operate between Market Rasen and Cleethorpes calling at all stations.

  • The 20:44 Leicester to Lincoln Central service will terminate at Newark Castle. This service will no longer call at Collingham, Swinderby, Hykeham or Lincoln Central. If you are travelling on this service, you should use earlier or later trains to complete your journey.

  • The 21:58 Cleethorpes to Nottingham service will not run. A replacement bus service will operate between Cleethorpes and Nottingham, calling at all stations.

Tuesday to Friday

  • The 04:58 Lincoln Central to Cleethorpes service will not run. A replacement bus service will operate between Lincoln Central and Cleethorpes, calling at all stations.

  • The 05:00 Cleethorpes to Lincoln Central service will not run. A replacement bus service, departing at 04:53, will operate between Cleethorpes and Market Rasen, calling at all stations.

  • The 05:50 Cleethorpes to Newark North Gate service will start at Market Rasen. This service will no longer call at Grimsby Town, Habrough or Barnetby. A replacement bus service, departing at 04:53, will operate between Cleethorpes and Market Rasen, calling at all stations.
