Description

Engineering work is taking place in the early morning between Wokingham and Guildford on Monday, and between Reading and Blackwater Wednesday to Friday, closing some lines.

The following services are affected:

Monday

  • The 06:28 Reading to Gatwick Airport service will depart earlier than usual at 06:17, running to an amended timetable. This service will call additionally at Crowthorne, Sandhurst, Farnborough North, Ash, Shalford, Chilworth, Gomshall, Dorking West and Betchworth.

  • The 06:51 Reading to Redhill service will not run. If you are travelling on this service, you should use earlier or later services to complete your journey.

  • The 07:20 Reading to Gatwick Airport service will call additionally at Chilworth and Dorking West.

Wednesday to Friday

  • The 04:32 Reading to Gatwick Airport service will start from Guildford. A replacement bus service will operate direct from Reading to Guildford, departing earlier at 04:15.

  • The 05:00 Reading to Redhill service will start from Guildford. A replacement bus service will operate from Reading to Guildford, departing earlier at 04:30. This service will call at Wokingham, Blackwater and North Camp.

  • The 05:31 Reading to Gatwick Airport service will depart earlier than usual at 05:27, and will call additionally at Crowthorne, Sandhurst, Farnborough North and Ash. This service will run to an amended timetable until Redhill, where it will run normally onward.
