Buses replace late night trains between Reading and Guildford from Monday 22 to Friday 26 January

Great Western Railway between Reading and Gatwick Airport

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Reading and Blackwater, closing all lines overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning. ​​​​​​​

Monday to Thursday:

The 23:22 Gatwick Airport to Reading service will terminate at Guildford. A replacement bus will run from Guildford to Reading via North Camp, Blackwater and Wokingham.

Tuesday to Friday:

The 04:32 Reading to Gatwick Airport service will start from Guildford at 05:13. An earlier replacement bus will run from Reading to Guildford, connecting with the train.

The 05:00 Reading to Redhill service will start from Guildford at 05:51. An earlier replacement bus will run from Reading to Guildford, connecting with the train.

The 05:31 Reading to Gatwick Airport service will start a few minutes earlier than usual at 05:28, and will call additionally at Crowthorne, Sandhurst, Farnborough North and Ash. From Guildford, it will run as normal.
