Description

Engineering work is taking place between Reading and Theale / Bedwyn / Blackwater, closing some lines.

Saturday

• The 05:08 Reading to Bedwyn service will not run. A replacement bus service will run from Reading to Newbury, departing earlier than usual at 04:55.

• The 05:39 Reading to Bedwyn will depart later than usual at 05:55 and running direct to Newbury. This service will not call at Reading West, Theale, Aldermaston, Midgham, Thatcham and Newbury Racecourse.

• The 06:08 Bedwyn to Reading service will start from Newbury at 06:25. A replacement bus service will run from Bedwyn to Newbury calling at Hungerford and Kintbury, departing earlier than usual at 05:30.

• The 06:35 Bedwyn to Newbury service will depart later than usual at 06:38.

• The 06:58 Newbury to London Paddington service will depart later than usual at 07:00.

Sunday

• The 06:10 Reading to Gatwick Airport service will start from Guildford at 06:46. A replacement bus service will run from Reading to Guildford calling at Wokingham, Blackwater and North Camp, departing earlier than usual at 05:15.

• The 06:58 Reading to Gatwick Airport service will depart later than usual at 07:00.

• The 07:37 and 08:37 Reading to Basingstoke services will not run. A replacement bus service will operate from Reading to Basingstoke calling at Reading Green Park, Mortimer and Bramley, departing at 07:37. If you are travelling via Reading West you should use alternative services.

• The 07:51 London Paddington to Penzance service will depart earlier than usual at 07:47, and will divert between Reading and Westbury via Swindon (not calling). This service will not call at Newbury or Pewsey. The 08:50 London Paddington to Penzance service will call additionally at Pewsey to make up for this.

• The 08:06 Basingstoke to Reading service will not run. A replacement bus service will run from Basingstoke to Reading calling at Bramley, Mortimer and Reading Green Park, departing earlier than usual at 07:47. If you are travelling via Reading West you should use alternative services.

• The 08:06 Reading to Newbury service will not run. A replacement bus service will run from Reading to Newbury calling at all stations except Newbury Racecourse, departing earlier than usual at 07:55.

• The 08:33 Reading to Bedwyn service will start from Newbury.
