Buses replace evening trains between Oxford and Worcester Shrub Hill from Monday 11 to Thursday 14 November

Description

Engineering work is taking place overnight between Oxford and Worcester Shrub Hill, closing some lines.

The following services are affected:

• The 21:53 London Paddington to Worcester Shrub Hill service will call additionally at Didcot Parkway and divert between Didcot Parkway and Worcester Shrub Hill via Swindon and Cheltenham Spa.

A train service will operate from Didcot Parkway to Oxford (continuing on to Banbury). A replacemement bus service will operate from Oxford to Worcester Shrub Hill, calling at Hanborough, Charlbury, Shipton, Kingham, Moreton-on-Marsh, Honeybourne, Evesham, Pershore and Worcestershire Parkway.

• The 22:00 Hereford to London Paddington service will terminate at Worcester Shrub Hill. A replacement bus service will run direct from Worcester Shrub Hill to Oxford, where the train service will continue.

A replacement bus service will also run from Worcester Shrub Hill to Oxford, calling at Evesham. This bus service does not reconnect to the train service at Oxford.

• The 22:51 London Paddington to Worcestershire Parkway service will terminate at Oxford.

A replacement bus service will operate between Oxford and Worcestershire Parkway, calling at Hanborough, Charlbury, Shipton, Kingham, Moreton-on-Marsh, Honeybourne, Evesham and Pershore.
