Description
Engineering work is taking place between York and Darlington, closing some lines.
CrossCountry:
Replacement bus services will operate between York and Darlington.
Grand Central:
An amended service will be in operation, all trains will be diverted via Durham.
A replacement bus service will operate between Darlington and Hartlepool.
LNER:
An amended service will operate as follows:
1 train per hour will operate between London Kings Cross and North East England / Scotland, diverted to not call at York, but will call at Doncaster and Darlington
A very limited number of trains will travel via York to / from The North East England / Scotland
1 train per hour will run between London Kings Cross and York
Some non-diverted England - Scotland services will run between Newcastle and Scotland only
Rail replacement coach services will be provided between York and Darlington plus York and Newcastle.
Lumo:
Trains will run to an amended timetable, with some minor re-timings.
TransPennine Express:
Services running to / from Scarborough, Newcastle and Middlesborough will start from / terminate at York.
TransPennine Express will operate a reduced service between Liverpool Lime Street / Manchester Airport and York, between York and Malton / Scarborough, and between Northallerton and Newcastle.
Services between Manchester Piccadilly and York via Huddersfield will terminate at / start from Huddersfield. Services to / from Hull will run as normal.
