Disruption to Avanti West Coast services following the Met Office issuing yellow and amber weather warnings for heavy rainfall on Monday 15 December has now ended.

If you have a ticket dated 14 or 15 December, you can use it at no extra cost to travel on Tuesday 16 December, on any Avanti West Coast service, via the same route.

Alternatively, if you decide not to travel as a result of the disruption, then you can claim a fee free refund from where you bought your ticket.
