Description

The Met Office have issued yellow and amber weather warnings covering Wales today as Storm Bram is forecast to bring strong winds and heavy rain.

Please check your entire journey before you travel.

Current disruptions to services:

Aberdare and Abercynon

Flooding between Aberdare and Abercynon means all lines are closed. Train services running between these stations will be cancelled, delayed by up to 30 minutes or revised to start / terminate at Fernhill.

Disruption on this route is expected to continue until 10:00.

Rail replacement coaches are in operation between Aberdare and Mountain Ash.

You may also use your rail tickets, at no extra cost, on Stagecoach Bus services from Aberdare on the routes to Abercynon.

Through Pantyffynnon

Flooding at Pantyffynnon means all lines are closed. Trains running through this station will be cancelled or delayed.

Disruption is expected until 14:30.

Rail replacement transport is running between Swansea and Pantyffynnon, provided by Cymru and Francis.
