Description

Engineering work is taking place at various locations on the Great Western Railway network, closing some lines.

Monday to Thursday

20:35 Taunton to Gloucester will terminate Bristol Temple Meads for road transport from Bristol Temple Meads to Filton Abbey Wood, Bristol Parkway, Yate, Cam & Dursley and Gloucester.

21:36 Great Malvern to Bristol Temple Meads will terminate Gloucester for road transport from Gloucester to Cam & Dursley, Yate, Bristol Parkway, Filton Abbey Wood and Bristol Temple Meads.

21:48 London Paddington to Worcester Shrub Hill will terminate Oxford. A bus will operate from Oxford to Hanborough, Charlbury, Shipton, Kingham, Moreton-in-Marsh, Honeybourne, Evesham, Pershore and Worcester Shrub Hill.

21:51 Hereford to London Paddington will terminate Worcester Shrub Hill. A bus will operate from Worcester Shrub Hill to Oxford for onward rail connection to London Paddington. There will also be a bus from Worcester Shrub Hill to Pershore, Evesham, Honeybourne, Moreton-in-Marsh, Kingham, Charlbury and Hanborough. This bus continues to Oxford. There is no immediate onward connection from Oxford toward London Paddington from this bus.

21:54 Swindon to Cheltenham Spa will be diverted between Swindon and Gloucester. It will NOT call at Kemble, Stroud, Stonehouse. There will be a bus at 21.54 from Swindon to Kemble, Stroud, Stonehouse Post Office, setting down only at Gloucester and Cheltenham Spa. Swindon to Gloucester and Cheltenham Spa customers should use the train.

22:01 Cheltenham Spa to Swindon will terminate Gloucester. A bus will operate from Gloucester to Stonehouse Post Office, Stroud, Kemble and Swindon.

22:45 London Paddington to Swansea will be diverted between Swindon and Bristol Parkway, arriving Bristol Parkway later than normal.

22:42 Bristol Temple Meads to Gloucester will NOT run and will be replaced by a bus from Bristol Temple Meads to Filton Abbey Wood, Bristol Parkway, Yate, Cam & Dursley and Gloucester.

23:36 Swindon to Cheltenham Spa will depart EARLIER at 23.15 and will be diverted between Swindon and Gloucester. It will NOT call at Kemble, Stroud, Stonehouse. There will be a bus at 23:36 from Swindon to Kemble, Stroud, Stonehouse Post Office, setting down only at Gloucester and Cheltenham Spa.

Tuesday to Friday

The 05:17 Gloucester to Southampton Central will start from Swindon. A bus will be provided departing earlier at 04:57 to Swindon for onward rail connections. A bus will also depart Gloucester at 04:17 calling at Stonehouse Post Office, Stroud and Kemble to connect into train at Swindon.
