Changes to train times


Henley Royal Regatta

The Regatta attracts thousands of visitors over a five-day period. Spectators are thrilled by over 200 races of an international standard, which can include Olympic rowers as well as crews new to the event.

In addition to watching the racing, visitors can take in the ambience of the enclosures, enjoying the array of restaurants, bars and shops available, as well as the charming views of Henley and the River Thames.

Henley-on-Thames & London Paddington

The nearest station to the regatta is Henley-on-Thames, with a change at Twyford. It’s only a 14-minute walk from the station to the event, located just off White Hill Road.

What's happening with the trains?

Trains run frequently to Henley from London (Paddington) and a special timetable operated by Great Western Railway for the duration of the Regatta.

There are planned engineering works happening on Saturday 6th - Sunday 7th July closing 2 of the 4 lines between Slough and Twyford. There will be an amended late night / early morning service. You can view the amended services here.
