Description

Engineering work is taking place between London Cannon Street and New Cross / Greenwich, closing some lines.

Southeastern:

No trains will run to / from London Cannon Street. Buses will replace trains between Lewisham and Charlton via Deptford.

Additionally:

  • A reduced service will run on lines via Woolwich and also lines via Sidcup.
  • On Saturday a reduced service will run via Bexleyheath. On Sunday, a normal service of two trains per hour will run to / from London Victoria via Bexleyheath.
  • On Saturday, services to / from Hayes will run at a reduced frequency with trains additionally stopping at Lewisham. On Sunday, trains to / from Hayes will run to / from London Charing Cross instead of London Cannon Street.
  • On Saturday, services that usually run between London Cannon Street and Orpington will be amended to run between New Cross and Orpington. On Sunday, services will run as usual.

Ticket acceptance:

Valid tickets can be used on any reasonable route:

  • Between Greenwich and Lewisham on Docklands Light Railway (DLR) services.
  • Between London Victoria / London Charing Cross / Embankment / Southwark / London Bridge / Cannon Street / North Greenwich on London Underground services.
  • On London Overground services via Canada Water for Jubilee Line connections.

Thameslink:

Thameslink services will run between Dartford and Rainham only. Customers should use Southeastern trains / buses between London and Dartford.
