Description

Engineering work is taking place between Manchester Piccadilly and Hadfield, closing all lines overnight. The lines will be closed between 23:35 and 05:15 each night, ending on Friday morning.

The following trains will be amended on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday:

  • The 22:47 Sheffield to Manchester Piccadilly service will divert via Stockport. A replacement bus will run from Chinley to Manchester Piccadilly, calling at all stations.
  • The 23:15 New Mills Central to Manchester Piccadilly will be replaced by a bus throughout.
  • The 23:29 Manchester Piccadilly to Glossop service will be replaced by buses throughout. One bus will run from Manchester Piccadilly to Hadfield, calling at Ashburys, Gorton, Guide Bridge, Flowery Field, Newton for Hyde, Godley, Glossop and Dinting. A second bus will run from Godley to Hadfield, calling at Hattersley, Broadbottom, Glossop and Dinting.
