South Western Railway between London Waterloo and Bournemouth / Poole and also between Brockenhurst and Lymington Pier

Engineering work is taking place between Southampton Central and Bournemouth closing all lines until approximately 15:45..

CrossCountry trains that run to / from Bournemouth are replaced by buses between Southampton Airport Parkway and Bournemouth.

Trains that terminate / start at Southampton Central are not affected.

Customers for stations between Southampton Central and Bournemouth should use South Western Railways replacement buses.

South Western Railway replacement buses will run between the following stations:

  • Southampton Airport Parkway and Poole calling at Bournemouth, Branksome and Parkstone
  • Southampton Airport Parkway and Bournemouth running direct.
  • Southampton Central and Bournemouth calling at Christchurch and Pokesdown.
  • Southampton Central and New Milton calling at Totton, Ashurst New Forest, Brockenhurst, Lymington Town and Lymington Pier.
