East Midlands Railway between Liverpool Lime Street and Norwich

CrossCountry between Birmingham New Street and Cambridge / Stansted Airport

Great Northern between Kings Lynn / Ely and London Kings Cross

Greater Anglia between Peterborough and Ipswich / Colchester and between Norwich and Cambridge. Also between Norwich and Cambridge.

Engineering work is taking place between Peterborough and Ely and in the Waterbeach area, closing all lines.


Replacement buses will run between Peterborough and Cambridge. Customers may have to change buses to complete their journey.

East Midlands Railway

Buses will replace trains between Peterborough and Norwich. 

Great Northern

As a result, buses will replace trains between Cambridge North and Downham Market. A shuttle train service will run between Downham Market and Kings Lynn.

Some late night / early morning buses will be extended to run between Cambridge North and Kings Lynn.

Greater Anglia

Buses will replace trains between Peterborough and Ely and between Cambridge North and Norwich.
