CrossCountry between Plymouth and Aberdeen

Scotrail between Edinburgh and Dundee / Perth / Aberdeen / Inverness

Engineering work is taking place between Edinburgh and Inverkeithing, closing various lines.


Buses replace trains between Edinburgh and Dundee


Trains to / from Aberdeen will be diverted and will not call at Inverkeithing, Kirkaldy or Leuchars. A replacement coach service will be in operation.


Services between Edinburgh and Aberdeen / Inverness will be diverted via Stirling, calling at Linlithgow and Stirling. Services between Edinburgh and Aberdeen will also call at Perth.

Replacement buses will run between Edinburgh and Dalgety Bay. A replacement minibus will run between Dalmeny and North Queensferry.

An amended train service will be in operation between Dalgety Bay and Dundee, running both via Dunfermline Town and also via Kirkcaldy.
